Authentically Thai Gluten free No artificial colours, flavourings or preservatives Suitable for vegetarians and vegans Tamarind paste. Servings: 10 - 12 servings - Prepare and Use: Extracted from the pod of the tamarind tree, this paste is used in Thai and Asian dishes to add a superb sharp and sour flavour. Use instead of lime juice for that authentic 'Thai Taste'. To create tamarind water, simply mix 2 tsp of paste with 100ml of water.
